The adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 Chinese New Year is a variation of adidas’s Ultra Boost 3.0 sneakers that features Black/Multi-Color colored colorway.

The adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 Chinese New Year sneaker’s design features a multicolored Primeknit upper in a marled red contrasting with heather black accents on the cage overlays and the heel counter. The three stripped cage on the midfoot ensures support for the lightweight and breathable full Primeknit upper, while the black heel counter supports the heel. The design also features a multicolored lace on a multicolored tongue, a full BOOST midsole for cushioning and impact absorption, and a Continental rubber outsole for traction and grip on different surfaces. To complete the design is the "CNY" logo patch on the tongue as a celebration of the Lunar New Year.

The adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 Chinese New Year made its debut as one an additions to adidas’ Ultra Boost 3.0 line of sneakers on 28th December 2016 with $180 as its recommended retail price.
