Versace

The Versace collection of accessories hails from the storied luxury brand founded by Gianni Versace in 1978. Known for bold prints and vivid colours, Versace is primarily known for its ready-to-wear clothing and accessories. Operating from and producing within Italy, the brand also crafts haute couture garments under the designation Atelier Versace.

Since 1982, Versace has expanded its collections to include accessories, jewellery, home furnishings, and china. Drawing upon his heritage in Calabria, part of Ancient Greece, Gianni Versace created the Medusa company logo, which was inspired by the Greek mythological figure. Timeless and chic leather goods from the accessories collection, such as the Medusa Biggie Wallet, feature iterations of this iconic motif. Versace accessories suit the varying needs of the modern connoisseur, offering a range of small leather goods including camera cases, coin purses, and wallets. Perfect your look with style and functionality in Versace sunglasses, hats, belts, and accessories.

Following the tragic death of founder Gianni Versace in 1997, Gianni’s sister – Donatella Versace – assumed creative direction for the company. Donatella still oversees creative design today, and the house's collection of accessories features variations on the brand’s signature iconic prints. The Medusa emblem appears as three-dimensional gold tone hardware. Greek key, greenery, and other illustrative motifs are rendered in hardware accenting supple, vivid-coloured leather, conveying subtle yet chic nods to the brand’s essence.

The brand’s play upon Grecian motifs and historic patterns extends from accessories to footwear. Complete your ensemble with a pair of Versace trainers.
