The Jordan 5 Retro Aqua (PS), available in preschool sizes, is a high top athletic shoe featuring a black upper accented by overlays and transparent side vents. A wavy black midsole's shape is defined by Aquatone and Taxi yellow inserts. A gray tongue and the rear heel features the Jumpman logo in vibrant Aquatone, and black laces finish the look.

NBA champion Michael Jordan was known for his aggressive playing on the courts. With this in mind, Nike designer Tinker Hatfield designed the Jordan 5 with a shark tooth midsole silhouette, taking inspiration from Mustang planes used in World War II. The Retro Aqua colorway recalls a color story released in 1993.
