Bearbrick Karimoku Woven 400%Wood

Product Description

The Bearbrick Karimoku Woven 400% Wood brings material and craftsmanship to the familiar BE@RBRICK silhouette. Made by Japanese furniture maker Karimoku, this version uses wood and a woven visual treatment to give the figure warmth and texture. Its 400% scale stands at approximately 28 centimeters tall, making it substantial enough to display while allowing the material details to be seen up close.

Medicom Toy describes the Woven model as a piece finished individually by skilled craftspeople. That hands-on production is central to its appeal: the figure is recognizable as a BE@RBRICK, but its wooden construction gives it a different character from printed editions. It can sit comfortably among designer toys, furniture, or other objects chosen for their materials. Collectors familiar with Karimoku releases will recognize the emphasis on workmanship.

For someone who collects BE@RBRICKs across different finishes, Woven offers a distinct take on the 400% format. Its wood construction makes it especially suited to a display where the surface and craftsmanship can be appreciated. The supplied price is $806, and the supplied date is August 1, 2015.
