Blackpink

Blackpink is a South Korean girl group with one of the largest followings in the country and a strong international presence. Formed by YG Entertainment in 2016, the group comprises four women: Jennie Kim, Lalisa Manoban, Roseanne Park, and Jisoo. Blackpink sings in the "girl crush" music genre and often features bilingual lyrics (Korean-English). The group is known for its high-energy performances and stylized videos with complex dance choreography.

Since Blackpink’s debut in 2016, the band has broken records, including most views in under 24 hours on YouTube. Blackpink’s most popular songs include "Pink Venom," "Whistle," "Boombayah," "Don’t Know What To Do," "Love To Hate Me," "Lovesick Girls," "Kill This Love," and "Playing With Fire." In addition, the group is known for catchphrases, such as "Blackpink in your area," and their coordinated style choices.

In terms of apparel, Blackpink frequently collaborates with fashion brands. The Blackpink x Kaikai Kiki Bomber Jacket Black is an all-black bomber jacket that features artist KaiKai Kiki’s signature panda graphic printed on the right chest. The bear features splashes of pink that pay homage to Blackpink. Another item in the collection is the Blackpink x Kaikai Kiki Pandakashi Dreams T-shirt White, which boasts a cartoon flower in black and pink.

Blackpink also collaborates musically with international stars, including Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga, and Cardi B. However, their most popular collaboration is "Kiss And Make Up," from Dua Lipa’s 2018 album. It represents the band’s second entry to the Billboard Hot 100 List.
