The Casio G-shock GA-B2100-1A1 adopts an octagonal shape from the original G-shock watch model, but with modern features and functionality, including a smartphone link.

The black resin straps on this timepiece have buckle closure, making it easy to adjust. The bezel is also black, with two silver crowns on each side. On the bezel are the "G-Shock" and "Protection" branding alongside minimal inscriptions of the functions such as time adjustment and LED light activation. The mineral glass-protected crystal sits atop a black dial with dark gray hints on the hour markers and hands. Further, the digital clock segment displayed between the third and seventh-hour markers has a similar gray appearance.
