Product Description

The Medicom Toy x Dr. Woo x Objective "KAKIGORIMAN" Lamp turns a character created by tattoo artist and designer Dr. Woo into an illuminated collectible. The concept originated with his emoji-decorated Instagram posts featuring kakigori, the Japanese shaved-ice dessert. That personal reference gives the lamp a specific creative background, connecting a favorite treat with an original character design.

Produced by Medicom Toy and Objective, the lamp brings the character into a functional display format. Battery operation allows it to be positioned without a visible power cable, while a brightness-adjustment switch at the back changes the lighting level. Those features let collectors alter its presentation depending on the surrounding display and available light.

For followers of Dr. Woo’s work, KAKIGORIMAN offers a character-based object that extends beyond tattoo imagery. The combination of sculptural design and adjustable illumination makes the lamp relevant to both art-toy collections and decorative interiors. Released on June 18, 2022, the Medicom Toy x Dr. Woo x Objective "KAKIGORIMAN" Lamp retailed for $700.
