The Nike Air Flightposite 2 Black Electric Green, also called "Black Clover" or "Clover," is a striking dual chromatic realization of Nike designer Eric Avar’s vision: a lightweight shoe inspired by sports cars that functions as a seamless extension of the foot.
The Black Electric Green iteration of the Nike Flightposite 2 sports a molded polyurethane Foamposite upper in in green. The toebox, eye stays, and sock liner are made of black neoprene for a snug fit. You can wear the midfoot neoprene panel zipped for a streamlined look, or unzipped to reveal the lace closure, creating a layered look. Black mesh windows adorn the medial side panel, and both the tongue and heel feature a black pull tab. You can find a debossed Nike Swoosh on the lateral side panel and Flightposite branding on the heel.
What we love about this shoe is the innovative sole unit. The reactive Phylon midsole encased in Foamposite rests on a black rubber outsole with hits of bright green.
