The Nike Air Huarache Run Ultra Black White upper construction is made of perforated foam and mesh. This sneaker is dressed in a two-tone color scheme of black and white. However, the majority of its upper is covered in black tones, while its midsole features a white hue.

While yet offering support, it achieves a Huarache design with a rubber cage and an elastic strap on the heel. The sneaker includes a no-sew overlay on the quarter and toe, rubber pods that are strategically positioned for durability and grip, and an Infused unit midsole that serves as an outsole. While an encapsulated Air-sole unit improves comfort, a contoured Phylon midsole provides cushioning that absorbs ground impact. Flex grooves on its outsole enable a feeling of lightness and flexibility.
