The Nike Air Max 97 Rainforest Team Orange is a popular colorway from the Nike Air Max 97, whose color scheme was inspired by the Miami Dolphins, a Florida football team.

The design of this Nike Air Max 97 starts with three silver stripes at the top of the upper that are intertwined with waves of white that wrap themselves around the entire shoe. Perhaps they make you think of a high-speed train, which the design is based on. Dark Rainforest green leather sits below the waves atop a white midsole. Delicate white Nike Swooshes sit on both sides of the shoe at the waist. Other branding elements include an Air Max ribbon on the heel and Swoosh on the tongue, while the Team Orange liner also houses branding. A black rubber outsole completes the design.
