The Nike Air Max Plus La Requin White is a running shoe designed with a shark tooth pattern, as the name "La Requin," French for "the shark," suggests.
This version of the Nike Air Max Plus is made with a white textile upper for breathability and comfort. Jagged outlines of shark teeth appear around the toe just above the sole, and this pattern expands into gray graphics leading up to the heel. The Nike Swoosh crosses each side in shades of gray, and a shiny white toe cap appears at the front. A white mudguard snakes around the bottom of the upper, and white also forms the heel, which is branded with a Tuned Air logo. The shoe sits on a white rubber sole with visible Air Max units under both the forefoot and the heel.
What we like most about this sneaker are the shark tooth outlines that adorn the forefoot, as they add a unique touch. The Nike Air Max Plus La Requin White was released on March 9, 2019, for $160.
