Like the Air Penny 2 released in 1996, the 2023 re-release displays the ‘1 cent’ logo, which can be found on the heel. The upper is made of a combination of premium leather in white and sculpted foam in Atlantic Blue. The leather and foam elements form wavy lines across the upper and create a lace cage with curvy edges. Something that makes this sneaker stand out is its classic colorway of Atlantic Blue, white, black, and Metallic Silver. This is the same colorway found on the sneaker from 1996.
