Nike set out to create an explosive basketball shoe when it was fine-tuning the Nike Air Zoom BB NXT Rawthentic. The result was a sneaker that was simple in terms of design but jam-packed with advanced features.

The Nike Air Zoom BB NXT had a pair of Zoom units that were added under the ball of the foot to absorb energy and return it to those wearing these basketball sneakers. It also came equipped with a triple layer of Nike React foam in the midsole for added comfort without adding too much weight. These shoes offered plenty of support as well thanks to this foam cushioning.

What we’ve come to love the most about these basketball sneakers, though, is the clean white upper with the pops of violet and crimson scattered throughout that make them look as good as they perform. The Nike Air Zoom BB NXT Rawthentic debuted on 25th September 2020 for $180.
