After debuting on the Fall / Winter 2019 runway, Nike and Sacai have teamed up once again to release the Sacai Nike Blazer Mid White Grey, now available on StockX. Chitose Abe founded Sacai in 1999 after working on design teams at Comme Des Garcons and Junya Watanabe. The label is known for its elevated technical ability to splice separate items together to create something new. These two companies have a history of collaborating on footwear and apparel. This is the second installation of their modified Blazer design.

This Blazer Mid stays true to Sacai’s design principles while utilizing Nike’s materials and blueprint. The mudguard, tongue, laces, heel, and classic Swoosh are all doubled and juxtaposed in a way that exposes each layer. This collaboration utilizes a color palette of summit white, wolf grey, and black. These sneakers released in October of 2019 for $140.
