Although the upper is made of suede, it’s molded into a grid-like waffle pattern across the quarter panel. This texture contrasts the fuzzy feel of the shaggy suede on the vamp and heel area. Like other models of the Dunk Low, the "Waffle" variation boasts perforations across the toebox. The smooth leather overlays create subtle color-blocking on the upper without distracting from the warm-tone theme. Both the laces and the Swoosh logos on the side panel come in off-white Coconut Milk, which stands out against the shaggy background.
