The Nike Metcon was first introduced in 2015, and the cross-training shoe has gradually evolved ever since then. The Nike Metcon 6 Black Metallic Silver is one of the many Metcons that Nike has released.

Billed as the most breathable Nike Metcon yet when it was originally unveiled, this sneaker features a lightweight black mesh upper that allows for optimal airflow. It also has a wide heel that is designed to provide extra stability and support, along with a removable Hyperlift insert that makes it possible for a person to adjust their height based on the exercises being performed.
