The focal point of the tee's design is the screen-printed, blue-themed animated figure on the chest. The picture shows the face of a young Fuckface, a movie character whose face was disfigured during a fishing incident. The scarred boy would become a villain before meeting an untimely demise. Above the image are the words "Hey Fuckface" and at its bottom, the Supreme logo. The tee's back features an elegant white canvas.
