Where to Get Help with Flex

If you’re looking for more information on Flex or need help with a specific topic, there are several options available.

Self-Service Options:

  • Use the Help Widget (bottom-right of StockX Pro) to:
    • Search our comprehensive FAQs on the StockX Help Center.
    • Submit a ticket to our Customer Service team.
    • Track your requests.
  • Visit stockx.com/help to access our Help Center directly.

Contact StockX Support:

  • Use the Help Widget in StockX Pro or on the Help Center (in the bottom right corner).
  • Include your seller region, applicable products, and screenshots (if needed).
  • Include any relevant Flex Item IDs found by clicking on a listing’s row and opening the Details tab.

Tips:

  • Use clear keywords: “payouts,” “Flex listing,” etc.
  • Add your seller account email for faster help.
