This article is part 12 of 109 in the series: StockX Pick Of The Week

By now, Supreme x Hanes has already become a mainstay in both streetwear culture and the general pop culture world. For years we’ve been seeing Supreme Hanes t-shirts, socks, and underwear worn by the biggest rappers in the world including Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Drake, and more. The underwear’s virality and accessibility has been amplified by the likes of Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Drake but extends beyond just the realm of hip-hop. Both Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian have also been seen wearing the Supreme basics, and Mrs. Kardashian even had custom swim bottoms made out of them.

This partnership, and its widespread popularity, is an excellent example of what makes Supreme everything they are. When you examine what the collaboration is, it’s really simple: cobranded basics that we all need. Everyone needs underwear. Everyone needs socks. Everyone needs undershirts. Supreme gets that and instead of trying to do too much, they do only what they need to. They simply slap their logo on a piece we were already wearing in partnership with a brand we all know. And with totally accessible price points, it’s no surprise that Supreme Hanes have been some of the most resold streetwear items ever on StockX. Everyone wears underwear, so everyone can wear Supreme underwear, and it’s not even hard to do.

Not only are the prices on Supreme Hanes legitimately accessible, the t-shirts, underwear, socks and more are the only items that Supreme restocks regularly. While it’s true that they do still sell out every time, and if something new is released, they definitely sell out quickly, the stock is far higher than other items Supreme releases and if you’re on the site at 11, you can always check out with your undergarments.

With items for everyone, this collaboration is truly Supreme’s greatest crack at an accessible product for everyone. The releases originally focused on basic white and black colorways of underwear, socks, and t-shirts but have more recently turned into the inclusion of tanks and thermal underwear and designs of leopard print and checkered boxer briefs depending on the season. The StockX catalog features a total of 25 different Supreme Hanes items, most of which are sold in packs of 2 or 4, all for prices of under $100.
