Every year, we all listen as Pantone, the experts of everything hue, pigment, and tone, announce the official color of the year. This color has a long lasting impact on anything that deals with aesthetics, marketing strategies, and even fashion trends. For 2019, Pantone has crowned Living Coral as its official color of the year.

Since 2000, the people at the Pantone Color Institute have been controlling palettes that represent the likes of companies around the world and their iconic logos. But these choices in hues also predict color trends that sway the way we dress. In 2018, Ultra Violet was dubbed the color of the year and we saw some of the most popular silhouettes be host to the purple pigment. Ranging from the greatly popular release of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Court Purple’, to the anticipated release of the ‘Purple Lobster’ Nike SB Dunk Low, ultra-violet was a recurring color on some of this year’s sought-after kicks.

To correspond with the announcement of next year’s Living Coral pick, we at StockX have curated a list of products across all verticals to celebrate the big color reveal.
