It’s that time of year. And as you may know, holiday shipping is expected to be especially crowded given the varying lockdowns and limitations.
In order to improve the StockX holiday experience, we wanted to ask for your help by Bulk Shipping 75%+ of your sneaker sales from now until December 31. And since it’s the holidays, we’re even offering you an unprecedented gift for helping us out: 50% off seller fees for a whole week in January.
Not only will bulk shipping your sales help us process them quicker, it will also help improve our delivery speed to buyers. Driving more demand for your products, and enabling you to sell more.

How should I pack the box?
Sellers are still responsible for the condition of the sneakers and their boxes. So pack carefully! Here’s the best way to make sure the sneakers get to StockX safe and sound so you can get paid. Remember: only sneakers can be shipped in bulk, this is available to US, Canadian, and European sellers only, you can pack up to 12 sneaker boxes and invoices must still be placed in each sneaker box.
- Open shipping box and close bottom flaps. Secure the bottom of the box with packing tape.
- Place shoe boxes in the shipping box in the vertical direction .
- Add in paper or bubble wrap into the shipping box, along any areas that have open space. Be sure to add paper or bubble wrap into the larger void areas in the shipping case.
- Close shipping box flaps and secure using packing tape.
What box should I use?
The graphic below shows the recommended boxes to use, depending on how many sneakers you are shipping.
Things to remember:
- For now, only sneakers can be shipped in bulk.
- This feature is available to Level 4 sellers in the United States, Canada, and Europe only.
- Up to 12 sneaker boxes can be packed together.
- Invoices must still be placed inside of each sneaker box.
- Remember to keep your drop receipt from UPS! This helps us follow up on any issues with your shipment.
- Sold items must still be shipped within 2 business days, whether they are shipped in bulk or individually.
- Pack carefully! Sellers are still responsible for the condition of the sneakers and their boxes.
- Make sure to use the bulk shipping UPS label. Any individual UPS labels affixed to bulk shipping boxes will only be able to track the one shoe it corresponds with. All other contents will be at risk and won’t be tracked! Don’t put your shipment in danger!
