If you’re a StockX seller shipping to our authentication centers from the Philippines, you’ll need to provide your shipping carrier with 3 copies of the following documents for every sale:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Export Declaration document
You can download both the Export Declaration and Packaging List by clicking on the above links. The Commercial Invoice will print out automatically when you print your shipping label and seller instructions.
Please note that these requirements are pursuant to Section Four of the Customs Administration Order by the Philippines Bureau of Customs.
