How to Ship with SF Express in Korea

There are 2 ways to ship off your items to our Authentication Center. You can either visit one of the 8 SF Express service centers to drop off or call SF Express for a pick-up. 

If you are planning a drop-off, simply visit the closest drop-off locations listed below before the shipping deadline. Please note the open hours as well to schedule your visit. When dropping off, the items needs to be packed properly as guided.

 

How To Prepare Items For Shipping

  • Whether you are planning to drop off or to request a pick-up, pls package the items in the same way – in an outer box with proper cushioning material and shipping label prefixed.
  • Please slip the invoice inside the product box.
  • Sellers in Korea are not required to fill out commercial invoices.

When To Visit

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00-18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00-12:00
  • Sunday and holidays: Closed

 

How To Schedule a Pickup 

To request a pick-up, you’ll need to contact SF Express’s call center, or use their KakaoTalk channel until 4pm the day before you need the pick-up service. 

You can use KakaoTalk to request a pickup. Please follow the steps below.

  • Add SF Express KakaoTalk channel using the QR code below.

  • Or you can use the “Find a Friend” feature and add the “SF Express” channel.

    

  • If you added the channel, let them know you are asking for a StockX pickup and type in the  invoice number. Please do NOT use the pull up menu at the bottom but rather type in the info as you are texting a friend.

 

Using the Call Center to Request Pickup:

You can call 080-393-1111 to request a pickup. Please follow the steps below.

  • For service in Korean, please press 1.
  • For a pickup request, please press 1.
  • Please consent to the recording of your call.
  • Once connected with an agent, please share 3 pieces of information below.
    • That it is a StockX pickup request
    • The invoice number
    • If needed, a date for the pickup (otherwise, the date will be set to the next day of the call)
  • Once confirmed, you can safely leave the call.

  • Sunday and holidays: Closed

 

Other helpful information:

  • Please call only SF Express for the pickup. Do not call a third-party logistics service including Ilyang Logis or your shipping status might not be updated on time.
  • Same-day pickup is not currently supported. Only next day pickup is available at this time so please request a pick-up in advance.
  • Any pick-up request made after 4pm will be processed the next day, and the pickup will happen the day after.
