Announced today, StockX introduced a new Returns Policy for US-based customers, offering an enhanced shopping experience with more flexibility. For the first time ever, US customers can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of StockX credit, minus the original shipping cost. This policy aims to provide customers with an additional layer of confidence when making purchases.
“At StockX, we’re always listening to our customers to ensure that we deliver the best possible shopping experience from start to finish. The ability to return items has long been one of our most requested features,” said StockX’s VP of Customer Experience and Insights, Jacob Fenton. “That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Returns Policy, designed to give our US customers added peace of mind when making purchases on our platform. This new policy, along with No Fee Resale and our Buyer Promise demonstrate our commitment to providing customers with a seamless, secure, and confident shopping experience on StockX.”
Key Details on the New Returns Policy:
The new Returns Policy — which will be available globally in the near future — is the latest in a series of customer-focused enhancements StockX has recently introduced. In 2023, StockX launched Xpress Ship, a new feature allowing customers to order select pre-verified items and receive delivery within three business days. That same year, the company also reduced fees for all sellers worldwide as part of a revamped seller program. These changes followed the launch of StockX’s Buyer Promise, which gives all customers the option to return a purchase if the company makes a mistake.
To initiate a return, simply visit the Buying History section of your StockX Profile and click the “Start Return” button next to the item you want to return.
