The silhouette closely matches the original from 1989, but the Metallic Grey adidas ZX 8000 stands out with a sole unit covered in Semi Mini Trush with yellowish-white accents. In addition, pops of Semi Mint Trush draw attention to the richly layered and color-blocked upper. Crafted from suede, mesh, TPU, and other materials, the upper has an almost patchwork-like quality. While the base displays mesh in metallic gray, pink, and burgundy, 3-Stripes decorate the side panels. The collar lining boasts a soft pink, while the forefoot and heel overlays are made of suede in Semi Mint Trush and Feather Grey.
