Conceptualized by Balenciaga artistic director Demna Gvasalia, the Balenciaga Triple S Clear Sole White is a non-leather sneaker made from double foam and mesh. The Triple S originated the chunky sneaker trend at their FW17 runway show in Paris. Balenciaga has continued to release the Triple S in an array of striking colorways since its debut, proof that its fashion-forward, oversized silhouette has staying power.

The triple-layered outsole features Balenciaga’s Clear Sole technology. The Balenciaga logo is embroidered on the side and toe edge and imprinted on the back, with "Triple S" on the tongue. The monochrome white palette is accented by white and black laces and the fabric’s washed texture.

We feel that this coveted sneaker’s best feature is its transparent outsole, which further brightens its optical white palette. The Balenciaga Triple S Clear Sole White was released on 25th November 2018 and retailed for $1125.
