Bearbrick x Hajime Sorayama x The Weeknd (2G Exclusive) 1000%

Product Description

The Bearbrick x Hajime Sorayama x The Weeknd 2G Exclusive 1000 brings together three major creative forces, merging Medicom's iconic Bearbrick silhouette with Hajime Sorayama's signature chrome inspired aesthetic and The Weeknd's artistic identity into a single significant collectible. Built in the impressive 1000 percent scale, this figure delivers serious display presence, channeling Sorayama's hyper realistic metallic finish across the Bearbrick's recognizable form. As a 2G exclusive, this release carries added rarity, tied to a specific distribution channel that sets it apart from more widely available Bearbrick drops.

Sorayama's work carries tremendous weight within the collectible art world, known for its chrome finishes that blur the line between illustration and sculpture, and pairing that aesthetic with The Weeknd's artistic collaboration creates a genuinely significant crossover release. The Weeknd's involvement brings music fandom directly into the collectible figure space, appealing to fans across multiple creative disciplines simultaneously. For serious collectors, a piece merging Bearbrick, Sorayama, and The Weeknd represents one of the more culturally significant crossover releases within contemporary collectible culture.

The Bearbrick x Hajime Sorayama x The Weeknd 2G Exclusive 1000 was released on December 1, 2021 with a retail price of $1050.
