Vans Sk8-Hi Sneakers

The Vans Sk8-Hi is a high-top skateboarding silhouette by the American footwear and apparel company. It is available in multiple color combinations.

Vans Sk8-Hi sneakers come in a high-top design and feature an upper constructed with canvas or suede. Most sneakers in the selection are made of a canvas upper, some purely suede, while others combine both materials in their build. The Vans Sk8-Hi has a wide, spacious shape with a traditional lacing system for a comfortable fit and a padded ankle collar for support and protection. Since the sneaker has stayed true to its original design for decades, cushioning is only available in specific sub-models in the selection, like the ComfyCush Sk8-Hi. The midsole is made of low-density foam with some rubber at the heel. Like other Vans sneakers, the Sk8-Hi also features the signature rubber waffle outsole.

Branding details include the leather “Jazz Stripe” on the tops and sides, the “Vans Off The Wall” logo on the tongue and heel patches, and the signature “Vans” logo on the insole. Some models like the Vans Sk8-Hi Black White Checkerboard have the checkerboard label on the side. This selection includes several collaborative editions and special edition releases. For instance, Vans teamed up with legendary artist Mr. Cartoon for the Vans Sk8-Hi Disney x Mr. Cartoon for the Mickey-inspired shoe. Vans Sk8-Hi sneakers are available in different color combinations, while some feature illustrations, prints, or graffiti-inspired motifs. The Vans Sk8-Hi is also available in various designs, including the original, the skate, and the MTE (Made for The Elements) model like the Vans Sk8-Hi MTE NASA Space Voyager Black.
