The Casio G-Shock GMWB5000TB-1 is one of the few G-Shock watches ever constructed out of titanium, as opposed to resin or stainless steel. It makes this watch one of the toughest G-Shocks ever produced.

Every aspect of this black G-Shock watch, including its bezel, case, band, and back cover, consists of titanium. It makes the watch much lighter than it would be otherwise, and easier to wear. But Casio also takes this watch to the next level by coating the outside of it with a diamond like carbon (DLC) to provide it with additional protection and protect it from scratching.

Even still, our experts believe it's the easy-to-read design of the watch that makes it such a worthy addition to the G-Shock lineup. Casio finds a way to cram a lot of information into the face of the watch without having to compromise its overall appearance. The Casio G-Shock GMWB5000TB-1 was released in November 2019 when it retailed for $1,999.
