Converse Fear of God

In the early 1900s, Mr. Converse launched a rubber sole shoe company in the United States. Over the years, the product line grew to include athletic footwear and apparel such as jackets, T-shirts, and sweatshirts. The company is now a part of the Nike family but is still most known for its Chuck Taylor All-Star High-Top shoe. This sneaker was extremely popular in the 1970s but resurged around 2020. Fashion designer, Jerry Lorenzo, introduced this fun and stylish shoe to a new generation with his Converse, Fear of God shoe line.

The Converse, Fear of God Chuck Taylor shoe is named for a famous American Basketball Player. Like the original Chuck Taylor's, the new 70 High-Top is made of canvas and rubber. It comes in natural colors like taupe, white, cream, and black.

Another shoe in the Converse, Fear of God line is the Converse Skid Grip Hi Fear Of God. It features a vibrant, graphic print which makes it a popular shoe in the skateboard culture. Following the lead of other shoes in this line, it is made of canvas with a rubber sole.

Like the Converse Fear of God Skid-Grip High shoe, the Converse x Comme des Garcons PLAY Chuck 70 was designed with skateboarders in mind. This playful shoe was a collaboration between Converse and the Japanese fashion design company, Comme des Garçons. It features the Comme des Garçons heart with eyes logo. You can purchase this shoe in a variety of colors in both high and low-top designs.
