The KAWS Tokyo First Resting Place Puzzle was released during the opening of Brian Donnelly’s first large-scale exhibition in Japan entitled, KAWS Tokyo First. The show housed over 150 KAWS pieces that spanned the entire duration of the artist’s career. The KAWS Tokyo First Resting Place Puzzle is made up of 100 pieces, and features the KAWS Companion Flayed Edition sitting on the ground with one knee raised, propping itself up with its hands planted behind its back. The KAWS Tokyo First exhibition saw the release of several other pieces of merchandise including posters, books, totes, T-shirts, and more.
