Virgil Abloh has joined forces with Japanese streetwear legend NIGO to release a collaborative capsule collection called LV², marking Virgil's first collaboration at Louis Vuitton since joining in 2018 as the Men's Artistic Director. The Louis Vuitton NIGO collaboration launched worldwide in June 2020. Staying true to the Maison's codes, the two designers have fused their approach to fashion in an assortment of pieces across bags, accessories, apparel, and footwear. The Louis Vuitton, Mountain Bear Necklace, features a pendant depicting a polar bear on top of snow-capped LV Initials crafted from a mix of silver-tone hardware and brightly hued enamel. The LV Made signature polar bear, is one of many graphics commonly used in NIGO's brand Human Made. The Louis Vuitton NIGO Mountain Bear Necklace retailed for $615 at the time of release the Louis Vuitton Style Number is MP2718.
