The Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama Alma BB Yellow/Black bag was created as part of the LV x Yayoi Kusama collection. Louis Vuitton called on the Japanese contemporary artist to add the signature dotted pattern she has used in her artwork since first arriving at the art scene in the 1960s. The original Alma bag has been around for almost a century now.

To create this bag, Kusama added her trademark dots in black to the Alma bag’s yellow grained Epi cowhide leather. She also added a charm to the bag that is shaped like a pumpkin, another staple of her artwork. The bag includes all the Alma’s usual touches including a microfiber lining, a set of metal base studs, and a removable strap.
