This upper is crossed by vertical wavy black lines coming down from the eyestays to the midsole and forming a curved pattern on the toe box, as is traditional for this type of shoe. The mudguard and toe cap are black, and the Nike swoosh also appears on each side in black. The heel portion features Tuned Air branding, while the tongue also features Air branding. The shoe sits on a chunky black midsole with transparent Air Max units beneath the heel and the forefoot.
