Oakley Radar EV Path SunglassesPolished Black/Prizm Black (OO9208-5138)

Product Description

The Oakley Radar EV Path Sunglasses Polished Black Prizm Black is the definitive all-black configuration of one of Oakley's most enduring and most performance-validated performance sunglass frames, a Polished Black O Matter frame with Prizm Black lenses that represents the combination of Oakley's most advanced lens technology with the sport-optimized wrap geometry of the Radar EV silhouette in the most universally wearable colorway the frame offers. The Radar EV, which evolved from Oakley's original Radar eyewear line developed through decades of research with elite athletes, distinguishes itself from the standard Radar through an extended lens height that broadens the upper peripheral field of view, a design decision that emerged from testing with athletes who needed maximum visual coverage during dynamic sport activities and that also contributes to the frame's bold, commanding presence in lifestyle contexts. The Polished Black O Matter frame construction combines the lightweight durability of Oakley's proprietary frame material with Ellipse metal icon accents on the temples that add a premium finishing detail, while Unobtainium earsocks and nosepads increase in grip as they contact perspiration, the material property that makes Oakley sport frames stay in place during the physical activities for which they are designed. Prizm Black lenses tune contrast and color specifically to everyday or variable outdoor light conditions, filtering light across the spectrum in a way that makes colors appear more vibrant and detail more visible than standard tinted lenses, while still providing the dark, stealth appearance of a blackout lens. The Prizm technology is layered with Oakley's High Definition Optics, the lens precision standard that corrects for the spatial distortions that affect peripheral vision in wrap-frame sunglasses. A protective hard case, an extra nose pad, and a microfiber cleaning cloth are included. Style code OO9208-5138, lens dimensions 38mm width by 51mm height, bridge 138mm, temple 128mm.

The Oakley Radar EV Path Sunglasses Polished Black Prizm Black is the sport and lifestyle performance sunglass for the wearer who wants Oakley's most field-proven wrap geometry with Prizm lens technology in the most cohesive and most broadly wearable all-black execution the Radar EV offers.
