The Supreme AKIRA Syringe Tee Black is a Black cotton jersey t-shirt with short sleeves. It has screen-printed artwork on the front and reverse in white. Supreme branding adorns the front left chest in white block letter text. The reverse features a tripled panel from the manga series Akira, in which Kaneda administers Tetsuo an injection. Supreme’s red box logo appears on the inner collar tag.
