The leather jazz-stripe crosses the suede upper, creating a texture contrast. The toebox of the left shoe reads ‘Los Angeles,’ while 'Tokyo' is embroidered across the right shoe’s toebox. This is a way to honor the cities where Neighborhood and Mister Cartoon are from. Similarly, ‘NEIGHBORHOOD’ is stitched across the heel of one shoe, while ‘UNCLE TOONS MART’ can be found on the other. In keeping with its skateboarding heritage, the sneaker boasts a vulcanized rubber outsole with a waffle pattern. This pattern increases traction on pavement and cement.
