The Adistar Jellyfish is Pharrell's signature adidas silhouette launched in 2025 under his VIRGINIA creative alias, built on the 2005 adidas Adistar Cushion 3 performance running base with an entirely redesigned upper featuring a lightweight breathable mesh foundation layered with exaggerated 3D molded rubber overlay panels that protrude from the shoe's surface in an organic, dimensional pattern that references the translucent exoskeleton of a jellyfish, a glow-in-the-dark outsole feature visible when the shoe transitions between light and dark environments, custom Jellyfish logos on the insole and tongue, and the shoe's characteristic sculptural midsole that exaggerates the platform's height and profile beyond standard running shoe proportions.
