The adidas Harden Vol. 8 Pioneer is a futuristic basketball shoe that’s part of a collaboration between adidas Basketball and NBA player James Harden.

This performance basketball shoe features a supportive EVA frame that looks like an off-white teardrop. It provides structure around the sock-like inner cuff, which allows the cuff to fit securely from toe to ankle. The EVA frame wraps around the arch and extends into a Boost midsole in the same Cloud White hue. The upper is made of black textile that wraps around the foot, while a panel of black leather wraps around the toe area. There are no branding details on the upper, which contributes to the sneaker’s futuristic aesthetic.
