The adidas I-5923 Mesa is a shoe with an extended tongue that features Boost cushioning for energy return. 

This version of the adidas I-5923 is made with a mesh upper in a Mesa brown color. This material makes up the toe box and the sides, while vintage suede in Mesa forms the toe cap, eyestays, and heel counter. The adidas three stripes appear in thick white on each side, with I-5923 branding in shiny letters on the lateral side. The tongue features a matching branding patch, and the white heel collar features the adidas trefoil logo. The shoe has a white Boost midsole for cushioning, and sits on a classic gum rubber outsole.

What we like best about this shoe is the mix of materials used to make the upper. Since the shoe sports only one color, this mix of mesh and suede adds texture. The adidas I-5923 Mesa was released on January 1, 2017, for $130.
