The women's Essential Pink adidas NMD R1 boasts a stretchy knit upper that conforms to the foot's shape and provides breathability. In addition, the shoe doesn’t have a tongue, another design element that allows the shoe to adapt to the foot’s shape. Instead, the laces wind through eyelets in a panel sewn onto the upper. The sneaker features a Core Black base with Shock Pink details on the Boost midsole. This midsole provides energy return and cushioning without adding bulk to the silhouette.
