The adidas Ultra 4D Cookies and Cream combines adidas' revolutionary 4D-printed midsole with the original UltraBoost design. The shoe mostly uses shades of black and white. 

Core Black serves as the upper's base color, while Cloud White is utilized for accents. The lattice construction, finished in a Core Black finish, has different densities for precisely targeted regions of cushioning and support. The iconic UltraBoost elements, such as the external heel counter and the Three-Stripes are molded into the midfoot cage on both the lateral and medial sides. It was produced utilizing the Digital Light Synthesis technology of adidas. Branding embellishments include the black adidas logo on the tongue and the "ultra4D" wordmark on the heel counter. Finally, it has a sock-like fit for a snug fit completing the design.
