The adidas ZX 500 RM Alphatype is an athletic shoe featuring a leather, suede, and fabric upper in Core Black, accented by the adidas signature three stripes printed in Core Black. With a history of 1924, German athletic wear brand adidas has built its worldwide presence by maintaining its collection of signature styles that remain largely unchanged from their original aesthetic. 

However, the brand still leaves room for experimentation, displayed in the ZX 500 RM’s prominent text and Trefoil logo, a departure from adidas’ stylistic traditions. ZX 500 RM branding in white is printed on the outer sides of the three stripes. A full-length TPU supports Core Black BOOST midsole, and a gum rubber outsole and Flash Red tongue tab complete the look.
