The adidas ZX 8000 OG Aqua (2020) uses lighter colors on the overlaying layers of the suede, mesh, and plastic, portraying the shoe's advancing years. 

With OG Trefoil marking to give another tribute to its history, the colors, which include "Aqua" alongside yellow tones, appear to be "sun-faded". The adidas' well-known Torsion technology, included in the ZX 8000, enables the front and back of the foot to function and adapt to surfaces separately while providing support and stability. The shoe also features a padded tongue, luminous patches, and several references to its Torsion technology with branding on the lace locks and outsoles.
