The Jordan 12 Retro Taxi Flip (GS) is a grade school-sized shoe that preserves many elements of the original shoe that came out in 1996 inspired by the Japanese flag.
This version of the Air Jordan 12 Retro is made with a white leather upper sectioned off into lines by vertical stitching. A black snakeskin-textured leather mudguard appears, stretching from the toe around the side to the arch. A red support appears over the arch on the mudguard and is branded with the word "JUMPMAN." The tongue features a red Jumpman logo, while the heel features a black pull tab with another Jumpman logo for easy on and off. The black strip under the pull tab is branded with the Jordan brand name, and the number 23 appears on the heel in red. A black rubber outsole finishes off the look.
What we love most about this sneaker is the unique vertically sectioned upper formed by the stitching in the white leather, which is a deviation from most AJ shoes. The Jordan 12 Retro Taxi Flip (GS) was released on May 25, 2024, for $150.
