The Jordan XXXII Low Like Mike Gatorade finds inspiration in the "Like Mike" Gatorade campaign, which featured Michael Jordan and became a cultural phenomenon in 1991.

The sneaker boasts Gatorade details, including a lace toggle that resembles a Gatorade bottle and Gatorade’s lightning logo instead of an "I" on the "Nike" logo underfoot. In addition, the lightning bolt logo can also be found on the insert, and the sneaker features splashes of Gatorade-inspired colors, including Rush Orange and Pine Green. The shoe finds design inspiration in the Jordan 2 and features a lightweight Flyknit upper. Jordan Brand details include the "AIR JORDAN" wings logo on the tongue, the Jumpman logo below the heel, and "BE LIKE MIKE" stitched on the underside of the tongue.
