Dime

Operating out of Montreal, Canada, Dime is a skateboarding and streetwear collective founded by Antoine Asselin and Phil Lavoie. Starting by publishing bare-bones skate videos filled with humor and music in the 1990s, Dime has endured into the 21st century. It draws comparisons to contemporaries like Supreme and Palace for their fresh and sophisticated take on skateboarding staples.

Montreal is known for frigid temps. Therefore, Dime has built a name for itself by placing an emphasis on its original designs that work for its climate of origin. Jackets, pants, hoodies, and a roster of long-sleeved styles meant to be layered offer the protection needed when skating in the Canadian elements. Dime’s Two Tone Ripstop Pants express the brand’s unique take on skate style, pairing a modern geometric aesthetic and neutral palette with tasteful branding, crafting the whole garment in an indestructible fabric.

Quietly trudging along, sticking to their stylistic guns, Dime has built a network of admirers around the globe for their unique streetwear expression. Sneaker brands like Vans, synonymous with American skateboarding heritage, teamed up with Dime to create Dime’s take on skate shoe classics like the Half Cab ‘92 and Mid Skool. Dime even caught the attention of Japanese shoe brand ASICS sneakers, primarily known for their running shoes, exemplifying the broad reach of the skateboarding and streetwear aesthetic when crafted with originality and authenticity. We are ecstatic to present this brand to you.
