The Jordan 5 Retro 3Lab5 Infrared is a special edition colorway of the Air Jordan 5 model, released as part of the Air Jordan 3Lab5 concept. This concept involves taking signature design elements of the Air Jordan 3 and applying them to the Jordan 5.

The shoe features a predominantly black upper made from synthetic materials with striking accents of infrared on the midsole and outsole, as well as distinctive elephant print overlays that cover the majority of the shoe, providing a textured pattern. The shoe also maintains a few signature design elements of the Jordan 5 such as the mesh paneling on the side, plastic lace lock system, and reflective tongue.
