About the Creator
A product of the golden era of Soundcloud, Faysal Matin embraced the collaborative nature of the platform to seamlessly transition into art direction and design for fast-rising artists such as Aminé, Kaytranada, Alina Baraz, Cautious Clay, and countless others. Inspired by the likes of Peter Saville and his iconic work for Joy Division and New Order, Matin’s embrace of recontextualizing classical references demonstrates the studied thoughtfulness of his design practice.
