This iteration of the New Balance 550 features a paneled off-white upper made entirely of calf leather. Both the toebox and the side panels feature perforations for extra breathability. The New Balance N Motif graces the sides in white outlined in perforation detailing, while 550 branding appears on the lateral side panel under the laces. The heel counter contains an NB logo, while the heel collar appears in white. The cushioned tongue also contains a New Balance logo patch. The off-white rubber sole is also layered and contains the NB logo and the New Balance brand name on the lateral side. The outsole is a light gray color.
